- Open the classic Control Panel.
- Go to Control Panel/Ease of Access/Ease of Access Center
- Click the link ‘Make the mouse easier to use’.
- Check the option ‘Activate a window by hovering over it with the mouse’ and click OK.
- Open registry editor: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
- Value UserPreferencesMask: substract 0x40 from first value.
- Valid from next login.
